What we store in your browser, and why. The list is deliberately short: the site works without tracking anyone, and what does track only runs if you accept it.
Essential, always on
Your cookie decision, so we do not ask again on every visit. Stored for 180 days in your browser's local storage.
Your conversation with the assistant, so a page reload does not throw it away. Stored in your own browser and it expires on its own.
Neither is strictly a cookie: both are local storage. They are not sent to the server with every request and cannot be used to follow you across other sites.
Analytics, only if you accept
Google Analytics, to learn which pages get read and which do not. It sets its own cookies.
The Meta pixel, to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising brings anyone here. It sets its own cookies.
Choose essential only and neither one loads at all. It is not that they load and stay quiet: they are never downloaded.
Changing your mind

Clearing the site's data from your browser settings has the same effect.
